Kuza Jamii II

Kuza Jamii 2.0: Scaling Economic Inclusion
Following the successful implementation of Kuza Jamii I, Echo Network Africa Foundation (ENAF) has taken a strategic lead in the second phase of this initiative. As a pan-African institution dedicated to empowering and advocating for women, ENAF serves as the Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) Lead within the consortium.
Our Role as the Gender Lead:
ENAF ensures that every aspect of Kuza Jamii II is designed to empower the agency, participation, and leadership of women and youth. We work to dismantle systemic barriers in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs) and refugee camps, helping to deliver a sustainable foundation for long-term gender equality. By leveraging creative tools such as Theatre for Development, music, and arts, we cascade critical GESI messaging to over 23,000 participants, ensuring that economic inclusion is matched by social transformation.
Our Consortium Partners:
- Lead: Village Enterprise and BOMA
- Funder: FCDO
Collaborators:GENCAD, SRC (Smart Regional Consultants), and CHASP Advisory.
